How do I filter the contents of the 'Projects' gadget by project lead?

For example I just want to see a list of projects that I'm the lead for. How do I do that please? Thank you.

Thanks Patina. This looks useful for the hosted version of Jira - our thinking at the moment is to go with OnDemand, and it looks like there's not an answer for that version.
