How do I filter on 'part' of the 'reporter' so I can add all 'past'tickets to a certain organization

Hi all, 

We are implementing the use of the 'organization' field within the company.

For that reason, I want to search on a 'part' of the 'reporters' field because it contains in most cases the domain-name and therefore the 'company' name.

Via bulk change, it would be a good start for all tickets (previously made) that are initiated from a specific domain (different reporters) to add them all to a specific organization. How do I do that if I cannot search with the 'contains' command?

For reporting reasons, I would like to have a filter then that gives an overview of all created tickets for those specific organizations (organization ='x', 'y','z'). Anyone suggestions on how to accomplish this for previously created tickets?

Consider creating a group that includes all customers based on the domain. You might need to export to excel and use the filter capabilities to find all users in the domain. Then use “membersof()” JQL function.
