How do I enable the wiki html system plugin?

Hi, I'm trying to enable the wiki html system plugin for use with the Jama Contour connector. In the hosted instance I see a sysadmin user in the system-administrator group, and I suspect that I need access to this group to be able to change the settings for any of the system plugins. Is this correct? How do I access the sysadmin user for a hosted instance?

Hi Ricthie,

The system administrator access for any OnDemand instance is limited to Atlassian only. Hence, you are not able to perform plugins administrative functions in OnDemand.
