How do I create multi colume with "Done" category in in the board of next-gen project

In next-gen project, since there is only one colume in the board cae be "Done" category.

But it is not map real situation, in normally, we may close issue as multi reasons.

So, could we set the mutil-colume with "Done" category in the board of  next-gen project?

if yes, how do I do it?

if no, do you have better suggestion?

You don't.  "Done" is the last column on the board.

if all of issues close by "Done" state, how do I identify "how does the issue done?"

Make sure the "done" state is in the last column on the board.

How you decide an issue should be in that status is up to you though.  Jira just takes "in the last column" as "done".
