I have created a new project and the task do not exist for me to query them.   how do I associate the breakdown structure to JIRA Portfolio?

  1. add issue links field to you display by clicking on the wrench. 
  2. when you click in the Linked issues field column a drop down is displayed asking if you want to create a new issue or query an existing issue.
