Hi Nida,

As I'm not sure if you're using Jira Cloud or Server here's a link to some documentation on how to get started for both: Cloud or Server.

TL;DR

It's basically the same flow as creating a normal project. You'll simply select a Jira Service Desk template in the Project Creation flow.
