How do I copy values from Severity field to Priority?

I need to copy (one time activity) the values from the severity field to priority for ~ 60 issues.

How do I do that? 

The built-in scripts doesn't support it as I can see.

You can look at an add-on such as ScriptRunner for this.  Take a look at the Communities post Solved: A way to bulk copy custom field values from one custom field to another for some advice from one of the Adaptavist team members.
