How do I contact a JIRA System Administrator to get an XML Backup?

I want to migrate to a new Workflow scheme. It says "Please ensure that you contact a System Administrator to create an XML backup of your data before proceeding." I can't find any way to contact the administrator though.

Because you are a JIRA OnDemand user, the backup and restore option is not displayed to you. See Restricted Functions in Atlassian OnDemand.

Exports can be performed by our support engineers, but due to the work this requires, we have a policy regarding when you may and may not request an export/backup. See About Your Data - Requesting a Data Export.

The documentation encourages you to create an XML backup before making a workflow change in case you mess something up - having a backup will allow you to revert your changes. You can still proceed with the workflow change without having the backup.
