How do I configure the information that is printed for a single issue on JIRA 5.1?

I would like to configure the information that is displayed/printed when I have a single issue on screen and click on Views then XML/Word/Printable.  Currently the information is incomplete and I need to be able to see the entire history of the issue, not just the comments.

I have searched around and found mention of a Single Issue View plugin that was introduced in v3.7, but I can't see any information on how to use it.

I am using JIRA 5.1.

Use the PDF View plugin. 

It renders the output from customizable templates, allowing you to freely select what to print and what to hide.

Moreover, the change history is included in the default export type named "All fields (PDF)". Just use that and you'll be fine.
