How can I copy this project setting to another project in another site?

Hi @kokomomofireball

Welcome to the community!

You will have to use a plugin such as project configuraror or configurator for Jira where you can copy issue types, workflows, customfields, etc.

If it's a one time migration try the free trial and uninstall it.
