I am new to JSD, and I have a very simple question that I can't seem to figure out in the settings pages.
I am trying to do 2 simple things:
1. Customize the initial auto-response my customers get when they first submit a ticket via email.
2. Today the email notifications they get come from: External service desk <jira@domain.atlassian.net>). I would love to change that to something like My company name support team <jira@domain.atlassian.net>
How do I do this? I would think this would be a simple part of a set-up flow.
