How do I change JIRA's LDAP configuration when I can't log in?

I am using JIRA with a delegated LDAP user directory. Unfortunatley, the corporate HQ took down or moved the LDAP server we were using to authenticate, and now we can't log in. I am aware of a different back-up LDAP server, but I need to get access to the configuration to change it. How can I do this?

You may switch from LDAP to internal directory by making the configuration in the database.

Shut down JIRA and then make the required changed in the DB. I can't give exact example but I think you can find the needed info here:

Hope it helps....

I ended up doing something similar - I realized I had made an internal admin account a while back but didn't remember the username. I used the article here to retrieve it, and then was able to log in and alter the user directory.'tknowwhichuserhastheJIRAAdministratorsorJIRASystemAdministratorsglobalpermission

Thanks for the quick answer, this would have saved me had I not been able to get to my admin account.
