How do I capture more fields from the Service Desk Request form by E-mail request

I would like to capture more fields (e.g. summary, desciption, case number, priorty..) when customer send E-mail to raise Helpdesk ticket on JIRA service desk.

How can I do this? Thanks

Hello,

You could try to do something with Jira Service Desk Automation, but it is not much flexible in your case.
