How do I assign administration to someone else in the group

I want to turn over administration of the site to someone else.  How do I do that?

Have a look at your profile to work out which group(s) you are in that give you admin rights (probably "JIRA administrators", but it may have been edited)

Go to user management, and add the new admin(s) into that group.

Remove yourself from the group, or get the new admins to do it as an exercise
