How do I add the Drag & Drop plugin?

How do I add the Drag & Drop plugin (its visible on the right hand side of an issue, under People and Dates, can be seen in a JIRA support issue?

this is a seperate plugin available at the atlassian marketplace. As you are on OnDemand it is not possible to add custom plugins (though this one is from atlassian).

Sorry to say that but in short: It's not possible (in OnDemand).
