Hi there,
I'm trying to add the seemingly innate 'Due Date' field, I'd like it to appear below below 'Created' in the bold 'Dates' field. I can see it if I click into the ticket - but this preview pane doesn't seem to show it.
It'd be very helpful is someone could show me the steps required.

If you don't have a designated View screen the edit screen is used. However, fields that don't have values in general don't show. verify the field has a value in an issue.
is the Due Date in the "View Screen"?

Where can I find 'View Screen'? I'm in the Screens/Screen Schemes area but can't find anything relating.
