How do I add/change values of the Affects Version/s and Fix Version/s

These seems like such a basic configuration task, but I can't find any help from documentation or google searches (maybe I'm just asking it incorrectly).

I have a single value in each of the Affects Version/s and Fix Version/s fields and I want to add an additional value. The field configuation screens in admin just relate to configurations, and there's nothing that lets you change the values of these fields (although you can change their behavior, toggle optional/required setttings, etc).

You need to add new versions on your project : http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Managing+Versions
