How do I add a new user and give him access to only one issue (task)?

Let's just say I have a copywriter and a web designer, and I created two different tasks on the same project, and I just want the copywriter to see only his task and not the other task I created.
How do I share each task without the rest of the team see it?

You will need to look at the issue level security. This will allow you to define what the copywriter can see.
