How do I access these private resources?

I'm trying to figure out how to migrate issues from ClearQuest to Jira and I keep seeing links to the following resources:

But when I open the links, I get the message:

It seems like these are relatively public URLs. Whe do I need to do to obtain access?

You can find the page at https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/ENTERPRISE/JIRA+Cookbook+-+Migration+off+IBM+Rational+ClearQuest

You could raise a request with Atlassian, at jira.atlassian.com- but I suspect they're protected because they're quite old and no longer particularly useful for more recent versions of Jira.

The second and third one in particular have been superceded by the standard "Import from CSV" functions in the Jira Importers module.
