How do I access previous boards (not logged in for a year)

NathanielF December 12, 2022

I haven't logged into JIRA for nearly a year (since April 2022).

I have always used my SSO with google

Signing in just now, I was greeted with screens to create a new team as if I hadn't been on JIRA before (although it greeted me and said welcome back)

I have lost access to all the boards that I used to own, including all of the tickets that I had saved to manage some older projects.

Clearly something has gone wrong here, but I have no idea how to fix it, and you can't even get help from support anymore :D

Any help much appreciated

Hello @NathanielF

Can you confirm you were using a Free Jira product. Has anybody been active in the Jira instance in the past 120 days? If not, then your product has been deactivated as per this documentation.

Yes I can confirm that I was using the Free version.

That would make sense of why it was like I was starting from scratch...

It's a shame I didn't notice the email they sent.

Anyways thanks for your response.
