Hi everybody,

I'm setting up a JIRA Service Desk Server, and I want that customer access the customer portal in my domain. How could I do it?

You'll need to get the owners of your desired domain to set up their addressing to land on your JIRA system.

If I setup the IP at CNAME, there is gonna works? and only that?

You'll need to set JIRA's base url to that domain as well.
