How could I setup the JIRA Server at my own domain?

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Customize your service desk channels

Hi everybody,

I'm setting up a JIRA Service Desk Server, and I want that customer access the customer portal in my domain. How could I do it?

You'll need to get the owners of your desired domain to set up their addressing to land on your JIRA system.

Hi Nic,

If I setup the IP at CNAME, there is gonna works? and only that? 

You'll need to set JIRA's base url to that domain as well.
