How could I configure Servicedesk to include the original request in issue created response?

Some of our service desk customers would like to have the request included in the response. Type "we have received your request about "......"" can it be done?

If you go to Project > Project Settings > Customer notifications > Request created. Edit that rule and you will see in the email message the ability to insert variables. This should achieve what you want. Note that this will be for all customers not "some".
