How come I do not get the option to set a branch type when using the "Create Branch" feature?

According to the *.gif in the Streamlining your development with JIRA page, I should be seeing the option to select a type of branch when creating a new branch for a feature.

However, I do not get this option or any of these features using BitBucket: is this something specific to Stash? I also do not see created branches after they have been created: do they require the issue key in the branch name?

Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

At this time, that feature is exclusive to Stash.

That explains the mismatch, thanks.

+1 for having this on BitBucket also. Is there a Jira ticket for this to vote on?

(Damm can't edit!). The reason is for CI servers to watch branches - eg. "bugs/*", "features/*".
