How can you add email address to the ticket display?

I need to add the email address of the reporter to a ticket/issue display.   Is there an easy way to do this?

I will just hover my mouse on a reporter name to see their email and click it when I want to send a separate email.

Not out of the box. There may be a plugin that does it.

All of the users are JIRA admins that need to see the field. I Just need it to show up.

I don't believe emails are visible to anyone except JIRA admins. The simplest way is to require it on the create screen.
