How can we share a dashboard to others having access to mulitple projects

Hi Team,

I have access to three or four projects and when a dashboard created by one of my team member belonging to project A was sent (url) I get the below error messages in the gadget area. Please note that I am not a Jira administrator.

Error Messages displayed in the place where gadgets are placed '

"There are problems with the current configuration for this gadget. The errors below may have been caused by the deletion of entities required by the gadget or by changes to your permissions.

• Invalid project or filter "

Please note that I have access to the project though.

They have to explicitly share both the dashboard, and any filters that any of it's gadgets use. It sounds like the dashboard is fine, but they have not shared the filters (you've ruled out project permissions as you've got access to the project)
