How can we set some standard tickets?

Actually When i create any project, some standard issue tickets should automatically associated with the project.

Mahesh,

 

Could you please clarify what do you mean by standard tickets? Is that issues as an example of how the fields should be filled to the users can follow this example to create the tickets accordingly?

 

If that is the case, you can set default values in your fields as an example, so the users will edit the fields accordingly.

Currently there is the project "My First Service Desk" with an example of ticket, but no standard set of issues. I have created a suggestion to our developers: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSD-2031
