How can we combine two JIRA instances?

We use two JIRA instances. And we would like to display all tasks from two different JIRA instances in one general interface and that LogWork is also displayed in one general interface (Tempo Timesheets).

We know about ALM's JIRA Client, but its interface is very inconvenient for us and there is no Tempo.
Perhaps you already have another solution?

What can you advise us?
