How can i wrap "More Actions" dropdown.

More Options in Issue Operations have grown so much and they go beyond the bottom of the screen. Is there any way i can wrap them or have a scroll option on them??

You might want to display more of them as buttons using ops.bar.group.size.opsbar-operations property which is 2 by default. This will reduce the number of items in the dropdown.
