How can i show the created field on customer service queues with a date and time format?


Surely it is possible to present a complete date and time format in queues? I can't seems to find an easy solution to this. The articles to the right seem to point to hacks and trickery!

unsure what articles to the right you might be referencing, the "related questions" can vary. In any event, I have never tried to display complete formats in my queue filters but was just successful w/ adding the "last viewed" field. For which date field are you wanting to display HH:MM:SS? I know that some date fields do not show that detail by default and I'm unsure that default can be changed.
