How can i restrict accessing the request type for some users in same project at customer portal

Hi,

you can do restrict request type to selected groups using Extension for JIRA Service Desk. But this plugin is not available on cloud it works only on standalone version of JIRA.

You can't - the types available are controlled at a project level.
