How can i make my burn down recognise a custom status as done

My burn down chart only recognises an issue as being done when it is closed. I need it to recognise my custom status of 'live' as done, as things do not get closed before the end of the sprint. This means the system tells me in the sprint report that we got nothing done!

When I set up my custom status I set the status type to done but this makes no difference. Looking forward to your suggestions

Thanks!

Hello Gemma,

You can read in this documentation that:

The Burndown Chart is based on your board's column mapping. An issue is considered to be 'To Do' when it is in a status that has been mapped to the left-most column of your board. Similarly, an issue is considered to be 'Done' when it is in a status that has been mapped to the right-most column of your board.

If you close all issues at the end of your sprint, maybe you don't need to see this column in your board? If your Live column was the right-most column, it would work as expected.

Hope this helps,

- Manon

Hmm, I do already have Live as my left most column but this doesn't seem to work....
