How can i continue my Cancelled Jira Account?

Hello,

i cancelled the monthly payment i in "My Account" is stated the following:

  • Your product subscription will not be automatically renewed. Your hosted instance will be removed when it expires.

How can i Continue The Account?

Hi Michael,

You can send a request email to sales@atlassian.com to continue using your cancelled instance. If the time is not expired, then you still have your data available.
