How can i change license owner?

Can i change license owner? 

Due to company is take over

If you are using a server instance and have access to the old owner account - go with it to https://my.atlassian.com/products/index then for each licence add the new email for Technical Contact and Billing Contact. Then push these users (emails) to the top of the list and delete the old emails.
