i'm planning to use the JIRA Service Desk OnDemand installation. How can i assign issues to my defined collaborators usind the assign function?
I appreciate any help from the community
Just click in the Assign button in the issue and a popup will open. Start typing the name of the user to who you want to assign the issue (as in the screenshot below). Then, select the user and click in Assign.
thant would be the usual apprach which i know from JIRA for years. Now with the test of the Service Desk Package, there are three roles (A) Service Desk, (B) Collaborators and (C) Customers. I can only assign issues to Service Desk people not to collaborators which makes it impossible to assign issue to staff within the team/organization which is not working as Service Desk.
