One of our customers wants to export list of issues that have been opened by them from their portal directly and currently they cannot. Can you please let me know how I can achieve that?

As part of Atlassian Codegeist 2017 we have launched a free Server add-on that covers this topic to some extent. Please check it out and give us feedback, as we are working on a more sophisticated reporting add-on for Customer portal, that should fill the gap that Atlassian left here.
