How can I work out the list of licence holders in Jira

Hi Roy,

There aren't licence holders as such, just users and the person who is billed (who may or may not be a user).

To see the billing information, go to User management > Billing.

To see the list of users, got to User management > Application access to see how many users you've got for each application (JIRA, Confluence, etc) and the list of the users for each application.
