How can I use one generic filter in different kanban boards as quick filters?

I would like to avoid to define same filters for issues in different kanban boards as quick filters. How?

You'll need to find or write some code that can either copy your filters when you need them, or add them to the board defaults. 

I would be very very cautious of blanket copies.  Inflicting your filters on other people's boards without their permission is a very bad idea as it will annoy and confuse your users.  This is something that should only be done when creating new boards, providing them defaults which they can delete if they want.
