Hello, We are looking to move our time tracking into a Jira app like Tempo. I need to trial and test this to ensure it is compatible with our current usage. If I install Tempo into our current Jira account, will it affect it?

Do you have a test Jira account that I can use? What do you suggest?

HI @Eleanor Jones

Create a sandbox instance from your production one and install Tempo on the sandbox instance?

If you install it on your normail instance and you use normal ootb time tracking, yes this will be affected.

P.S. this is the Atlassian Community, this by and fro Atlassian enthousiasts, it is not Atlassian Support and not 3rd party app support.

Questions for vendors should be asked on their support, see the marketplace listen for their support options
