I have installed service desk on our jira.
But I would like translate several elements but I don't found how :
1°) On this page:
On the search bar, there is a text : What do you need help With ? ==> how can I translate this ?
2°) On this page:
There is summarize problem, Description, attachment ... ==> How can I translate this ?

Au temps pour moi... Comme quoi, la fatigue n'aide pas...
Alors, pour changer les champs, va sur:
Administration > Projets > Types de requêtes
Puis, sur le type de requêtes souhaitée, "Modifier les champs"
Et voilà, aussi simple que ça!
