How can I share customer requests in Customer Portal?

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Best practices for designing the customer portal

How can I share customer requests in Customer Portal?  I have a Goup of customers. Theese сustomers want to see the requests from other customer in this Group, not only "My requests ".

Hello Vladimir,
As the Service Desk customer can only see a request created by him, the other customers won't have access to that ticket. To do so, you'd have to add these other customers as Requested Participants as the following documentation:
