How can I see all projects completed sprint reports in sprint report chart

I am not able to see all projects or old sprints in reports

You would need to be granted permission to see the projects. This could involve having a Project Administrator or a Jira Administrator update you permissions for projects. Reach out to the administrators for specific Projects you want to view.

What level of admin are you?

Being a Jira Administrator does not automatically make all projects visible to you. But it does give you the ability to give yourself access to all projects.

Then please provide more information about the problem you are encountering. What screens are you viewing? What is missing from those screens that you think should be present?
