Related to question: https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/87878/how-can-i-filter-my-greenhopper-scrum-template-backlog-by-project-component
I have many components for my project so adding a quick filter to my GreenHopper Rapid board is not realistic for me. Would you consider adding a built-in feature to filter by component on the Rapid Board pages, at least the planning one. Or, maybe the search box can be extended to support JQL, that way we can put in anything? Or maybe just component: xyz.
BTW, I just was on your actual greenhopper project rapid board and noticed the new Epic panel. A similar Component Panel would be perfect. Is this in the plans? I hope so.
Hi Mark,
Sorry for the delay, I've opened a feature request for your idea to create a Component Panel (like the Epic Panel) in Sprint Planning. You can track the progress of that feature here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/GHS-8316
If you like the feature, please vote for it!
Thanks,
Alex
Hi Mark - I just realized you commented on an answer I provided to a question in September and I never followed up with your new question. I converted your comment to a new question in hopes to find an answer for you.
