How can I reopen a completed Sprint in Jira Cloud?

As per few links , it is possible but on my instance, I cannot reopen even being an Jira administrator.

What is happening for you? Are you not given the Reopen menu item? Or does the Reopen not work when you select it? We need more detail to best understand the problem

Thanks for your response.

Somehow

1) logging out

2) closing the browser

3) logging in again

4) and Giving permission of managint he sprints to Administrator group 

solved the problem.

I was under the impresssion that Admins can manage the sprints on any proect by default.
