How can I reactivate a deactivated JIRA account

Apperently I deactivated my administrator account for project pommeron.atlassian.net. I can not change that. Wat to do? My atlassian id is ron.mulders@pommeron.com

Hi, Ron.

Open a support request at Atlassian Support and we'll help you with that. Please, log in using the same email as the one you created the Cloud instance, so we can match the users by email.

I am trying to submit a ticket to reactivate my instance but you require my SEN - I cant provide it as my admin account is deactivated - help?
