How can I post a file in a http request from your plugin ?

Basically I have a Jira Service Desk request with an attached file and I would like to post this file from a workflow postprocessing function. In fact the goal is to post the file to run a Jenkins job.
Is it possible with your plugin ?

Yes, but you might need to do some coding to do the "post".

Workflow post-functions can be written to do all sorts of things, and web-hooks might be useful for you too.
