How can I notify both the reporter and the assignee whenever anyone comments on a ticket?

Hi Ashoka,

Go to Project - >Project Settings ->  Notifications-> Internal Notification.

Here find: Someone made a comment and add: Current Assignee and Reporter.

Hello Ashok,

make reporter as watcher for the issue using automation and configure the notification scheme by selecting watcher and Assignee.comment.png
