How can I narrow down Passed List Had More Than One Value error?

User tried to login into their account but got a 500 error.

Sorry to hear you are facing this problem.

Considering the logs of the error when the user tries to access a dashboard, I believe the root cause of the issue is that you might have some duplicated component in Jira database.

Please, check the diagnose steps of the articles below to properly confirm what might be causing the issue. Then, follow the resolution steps to fix it:

1 - User is unable to access JIRA Dashboard due to property column not found 

2 - Passed List Had More than One Value when Calling Dashboard 

3 - Filter-based gadgets showing internal server error
