How can I modify Jira Data Center welcome message?

Hi Team,

I would like to modify Jira Invite mail. How can I do that?

I need to inform the user to add their email as their username instead of other variation of names.

Hey Imdad,

I'm afraid the JIRA welcome message cannot be modified. Welcome emails are instance wide and span across multiple projects, making them challenging to modify them all.

Although, there is an existing feature request and we are now exploring the possibility of suppressing these emails and building a new flow for users to activate accounts. Please add yourself as a watcher and follow all the updates the feature request gets, and you could also vote the issue so it gets more visibility.
