How can I manage my client project as a web agency?

Aram Alipoor December 4, 2014

Hey Guys

We are a web design agency implementing websites for an average of 15 customers per month. We have a set of pre-defined workflow of tasks (requirement, design, implementation) which we repeat for every project. Each project has an almost fixed period and also a deadline. Not only we want to be able to manage these projects, we also want to get reports regarding the priority of due projects.

Is JIRA (maybe with Portfolio) a good option for such need?

Hi Aram.

JIRA seems like a suitable tool for you. I would also recommend you the plugin JIRA Capture to help you with your test sessions. Best thing to do is to get an evaluation license and try them, so you can see if they cover your requirements.
